      • Rental Car Requirements in California:
        • The minimum age required to rent a car is 21 for standard cars. Standard cars are full size cars and smaller. You must be 25 or older to rent a luxury car, 7 seater suv, 15 pass van, or specialty vehicle.
        • To rent a car from California Rent-A-Car, you must have a driver’s license, and credit card present, in your name, at the time that you pick up the vehicle. If you will be declining our insurance coverage, proof of coverage will be required when you pick up the vehicle.
